These novel tablets are significantly better than the soft gel predecessors the unique small size lack of inactive ingredients makes it feel much better as far as side effects go. Compared to syrup you don’t have to drink mommy’s gross syrup no more take a tablet the size of an air soft BB and your cough Is destroyed. Not to mention the amazing prize that is 20 cents a dose compared to the much more expensive brands. This is the most ideal product for cough and the novel technology’s at DXM pharmaceutical make this feature possible.

Great addition to the product line.
With them dissolving, I was skeptical of them dissolving too fast and you tasting the tablets. Because there's just not very much you can do to mask the taste of dextromethorphan, it's bad. But it doesn't at all. Instead it seems to dissolve by the time it hits your stomach and feels very similar to how pure DXM feels when ingested. This is probably the closest product you'll get to that next to actually buying that.
