Product Description
We sell RoboCough and RoboTablets. Both products are over-the-counter cough suppressant medicine containing the FDA approved active pharmaceutical ingredient dextromethorphan and/or dextromethorphan HBr that temporarily relieves cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation as may occur with the common cold. RoboCough is our liquid product containing dextromethorphan HBr, and RoboTablets are our tablets containing dextromethorphan.
Return Policy
You may return new conditioned, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you change your mind upon receiving the item, please write "return to sender" on the outside of the package and return to a US Postal Service employee, thereafter US Postal Service will ship the item back to us free of charge. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), or we may decide to allow you to keep the error item free of charge. If you have opened the package and consumed one or more of the items, you will have to pay the return postage to ship the remaining new unopened items for a partial refund of the new unopened items.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please complete our Contact Us form with your order number and details about the product you would like to return to let us know in advance that your item is being sent back to us. We will respond quickly to process your return and refund.
USA Shipping
All orders are shipped discreetly, with Robo Mailing Service for the return address on the shipping label. We pay for all shipping costs to you. We ship to any USA shipping address in the world, including USA military bases and USA territories. All items under one pound (5 bottles of RoboCough), (8 bottles or less of RoboTablets) will be shipped US Postal Service First class, which usually takes 2 to 5 days depending on your distance from Houston, Texas. All items over one pound are shipped US Postal Service Priority, which usually takes 2 to 4 days depending on your distance from Houston, Texas. All orders over $60 are shipped US Postal Service with a signature required to receive. We require a signature for larger orders to prevent any possible theft of your order being left on your front doorway.
All US Postal Service Priority shipping has $50 insurance, thus if your item is damaged or lost, you may place a claim at www.usps.com for up to the value of $50. You have 30 days from receipt of your item to file a claim with US Postal Service. If the US Postal Service approves your claim, USPS will mail you a check made payable to you.
All orders placed before 2 pm CST will ship the same day, except for Federal holidays and Sundays. US Postal Service does not pick up packages on Sundays or Federal holidays. After your order is placed, you will be emailed a tracking number within 24 hours to track your package. US Postal Service's tracking information is not always accurate, sometimes the tracking information is not timely updated, or updated hours or days later, and on a few occasions, we have experienced the US Postal Service update packages as "delivered" and the package is delivered hours later, or the next day. When the US Postal Service employee falls behind schedule on deliveries, they will cut corners to save time, which means they will not scan packages to update the tracking information.
Worldwide Shipping
Currently, we do not ship to addresses outside USA territories because of customs regulations in each international country. However, you may use a USA package forwarding service who will give you a free USA shipping address to ship your items to, or use a trusted third party reseller such as https://www.ebay.com/itm/385559093155 .
